We build the softwareyou'd build yourself.

Phamori is a product studio in Vietnam. We design and engineer native iOS apps, web applications, and AI-powered features for companies that care how the result feels — and we ship products of our own, so we make every decision like owners, not vendors.

Why us

Most studios have never shipped a product of their own.
We have.

Building for yourself teaches things client work never does: what breaks at three in the morning, what a rushed architecture costs you eighteen months later, which features nobody ever opens. We have made those mistakes on our own time and our own money.

It changes what we recommend. We argue against features that will cost you more to maintain than they earn, we design for the version of your product that exists in two years, and we hand over a codebase your next developer can actually read.

What we do

Three things, done properly — not a menu of everything.

How we work

Four steps, and you see working software in the first month.

01

Discovery call

Forty-five minutes, free. We map what you are trying to build, what is genuinely hard about it, and whether we are the right team. You leave with a written summary either way.

02

Written scope and estimate

A fixed price against a fixed scope, with a delivery date. No hourly surprises, and no discovery phase that quietly becomes the project.

03

Build in two-week cycles

A working build on your own device at the end of every cycle. You review progress you can tap, not a status report you have to trust.

04

Launch and support

App Store submission, monitoring, and a support window after release. Code, accounts, and documentation are handed over — not held hostage.

What you get

The terms we work under, stated before you ask.

You own everything

Source code, design files, accounts, and IP transfer to you on final payment — written into the contract, not promised on a call.

Talk to the people building it

No account manager relaying messages. You are in a channel with the engineer and the designer doing the work.

Fixed price, fixed date

We quote the scope, not the hours. If we estimate badly, that is ours to absorb — not a change order sent to you.

A build every two weeks

You never wait three months to discover we misunderstood you. Course corrections cost days here, not quarters.

Code your next team can read

Typed, tested where it matters, documented where it is not obvious. We assume someone else will maintain it.

NDA before the details

Send us yours or use ours — either way, signed before you describe the idea.

Ways to work with us

Three ways in, depending on where your project already is.

Fixed-scope project

You know what needs building. We scope it, price it, and deliver it to a date. Best for a first version or a well-defined feature.

Dedicated team

Monthly, for a roadmap rather than a single deliverable. The same people every month, keeping the context instead of relearning it.

Design & technical sprint

Two weeks turning an idea into a clickable prototype, a technical plan, and an estimate you can rely on. Ends with something you can show a board or an investor.

Pricing follows the scope. You get it in writing after the discovery call, before any work starts.

Questions we get asked

The things worth knowing before the first call.

How long does it take to build an iOS app?

A focused first version is typically eight to fourteen weeks from kickoff to App Store submission, depending on how much of it is genuinely new. You get a date in the written scope, not a range that keeps moving.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

You do. Source code, design files, and IP transfer to you on final payment, and it is written into the contract. We keep no rights over your product and reuse nothing specific to your business.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you describe the idea. Send us yours or use our standard one — either is fine.

How do you handle the time-zone difference?

We are in Vietnam, UTC+7. That is a full working-day overlap with Asia and Australia, and our afternoons cover European mornings. For clients in the Americas we hold fixed overlap hours and keep decisions in writing, so nothing depends on catching us live.

Do you work fixed-price or hourly?

Fixed price against a written scope for most projects — it puts the estimation risk on us, which is where it belongs. Ongoing work runs as a monthly arrangement.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Often, yes. We start with a paid technical review, usually a few days, and tell you honestly whether it is better to continue it or replace it. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a support window for fixes. Beyond that, maintenance — OS releases, platform changes, small improvements — runs monthly if you want it.

Do you work in Vietnamese?

Yes. We work in English and Vietnamese, and we can contract and invoice locally in Vietnam with VAT invoices.

Tell us what you're building.

Send a paragraph about the project. You get a real reply from an engineer within one business day — not a sales sequence.
