Phamori is an independent product studio. We design and engineer software for companies who want it done properly — and we build products of our own, which is where our standards came from.
We started Phamori to build software the way we always wanted to: carefully, and end to end. The team that designs a product is the team that engineers it, ships it, and answers for it afterwards. There is no layer in between, and no one on the project who never has to maintain what they specified.
We are drawn to software with some judgment in it. A workout app should understand that you had a bad week. A dashboard should show the one number that changed. That judgment is the hard part of this work, and it is the part we care about most.
We estimate honestly
A quote you can rely on is worth more than a low one you cannot. If a scope is uncertain we say so, and we price the uncertainty rather than hiding it.
We argue with clients
Politely, and in writing. A studio that builds whatever it is told is a pair of hands, not a partner — and you can hire hands anywhere.
We finish things
Launch, hand over, support. Every engagement ends with you holding the code, the accounts, and documentation someone else can follow.
We are our own toughest client.
Alongside client work we design and run products of our own. It is why we know what a shortcut costs a year later, why our estimates account for the unglamorous half of a project, and why we push back on features that look good in a demo and hurt in production. Those products are not for sale as case studies — they are how we keep our standards honest.
We work across time zones.
English and Vietnamese, contracts and invoicing handled locally or internationally, and fixed overlap hours so distance never becomes an excuse.
